RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :

1) All returns for exchange are only valid for 7 calendar days from the time you receive the original order of goods.

2) We accept returns only in cases of products having any manufacturing defects or wrong product delivery. We manufacture the products ourselves and are sure that the product being delivered is as per the fabric description given on the product page.

3)You may raise a request for by writing to us at support@digiprintshop.com .It should be raised within the time specified above schedule.

4)The customer has to upload the pictures/image of damaged/defective product which they have received. Make sure the damage/defect should be clearly visible in the sent picture or image.

5)On receipt of the return request we may arrange the pickup for the damaged/defective product if found satisfactory by our Quality Assurance Team.

6)The defective product to be returned must be unworn, unused, unwashed and should be finely packed with the original packing and tags.We will only process the refund/exchange request only after we receive the product.

7)In case you make a wrong order you have to return the product at your expense.Only after the receipt of the product at our end we will replace the product by your choice up to the same amount and courier will be sent on to paid basis.

8)All items purchased at the time of any Sale Event on our website, cannot be refunded/cancelled/replaced except for damaged products and delivery of wrong products.

9)In cases of sizes not being fit, we don’t offer refunds but offer exchanges for the same.Just email us the size you need and we will process the size exchange.

If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.

Note: Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable either in our retail boutique or via our online portal.

1. VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS

All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 4 days of the invoice date. All requests for returns however, would need to be strictly made online at www.Digiprintshop.com for both local and overseas deliveries.

2. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ONLINE

2.1 You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.

2.2 Kindly send us the mail with respective images of the product received or fill the the return form given below with the images.

2.3 Mail us your parcel via a traceable mode of postage.

2.4 Wait for our email confirmation and you will be notified once your online Store Credit Voucher is ready.  Generally, the processing period is 5 working days upon receipt of your parcel.

2.5 All requests for returns will be refunded via online Store Credit Vouchers only. Your online Store Credit Voucher is valid for 30 days and can be used for your next purchase online. It is strictly non refundable, non extendable, non exchangeable for cash.

2.6 Online Store Credit Vouchers are to be used in a singular transaction and any excess amount not utilized, would not be refunded.

3. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

3.1 All items that are need to be returns and exchanged, can only be made once.

3.2 We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order

3.3 Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.

3.4 Digiprintshop.com makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.
