Very poor customer experience

I had ordered customised stickers for my son’s birthday return gifts. My order got delayed received it after the birthday. There was no tracking no status update watsoever. I tried reaching out through email/instagram page but there was no response. So I had to order another set of stickers from some other store. The stickers received after the birthday are a waste now. Also made me spent twice for the stickers. Pathetic service and would never recommend it to anyone.
